The video which premiered on the Country Music Channel yesterday was directed by Jeremy Dylan and filmed in an art studio in Sydney, starring Imogen and 4 of her friends.

With a freewheeling country-rock swagger and playful 70s pop hooks, “Drawing Hearts” shows that Imogen isn’t afraid to embrace pop sensibilities and marry them to the more organic and roots-based side of her songwriting.

Love & Lovely Lives debuted #34 on ARIA Country Album Chart and #15 on the Australian Artist Country Albums chart.   Touted as a ‘songwriter well beyond her years’ – Kasey Chambers,  Imogen penned her debut album in her hometown of Bowen Mountain in New South Wales and travelled to the small town of Cowwarr, Victoria to record and co-produce her album with musicians Harry and Jack Hookey at Knutsens’ Studios. The first single released, ‘Take Me For A Ride’, peaked at #1 on the iTunes Country Singles Chart and was soon followed by the heartbreak ballad ‘You’ll Only Break My Heart’, which reached #1 on the Country Music Channel.

Imogen is nominated for New Artist of the Year in the upcoming CMC Awards with the event being held at The Star on the Gold Coast. It is a fan-voted award and voting is open now at https://cmcmusicawards.foxtel.com.au. Voting closes on 5th March and fans can vote daily.
