The Jimmi Carr Band has released the ‘Invisible Bone’ video with a new album, Second Story, due for release in September.
That song, along with the first single from the album ‘Free Right Now, has received airplay all over the country on stations including Triple J, FBI, Triple Z and ABC radio.
JCB are now unveiling the video clip for ‘Invisible Bone’:
The clip is directed by fellow Blue Mountains resident, filmmaker Adam Daniel, who previously worked with Jimmi on a video for his electronic side-project Innamech. Daniel specialises in the horror genre but draws on his comedy chops for this video, riffing on 70s tv cop-show style footage and editing.
Jimmi plays both himself and “Detective Bone”, who is doing surveillance on an anxious Jimmi and following him through the streets of Jimmi’s home town, Katoomba.
