Much loved songwriter, surfer and soul-soothing storyteller Donavon Frankenreiter and his band are returning to Australia for a string of laid-back, feel-good shows along the East Coast this summer.
With his unmistakable blend of sun-drenched folk, roots, and vintage rock, Frankenreiter brings a show that’s equal parts beach party and intimate jam session.
Joining Donavon on this East Coast journey is his son, Hendrix Frankenreiter who, like his father, combines flavours of sound, story and surf into his catchy summertime acoustic dreamscapes.

After releasing his latest EP, Get Outta My Mind in 2024, Frankenreiter has been on a winding tour path, crossing the US from coast to coast with friends Dispatch, John Butler and G. Love & Special Sauce. This tour Down Under marks a whole ten years since the soul-surfer played to Australian fans.
