Davey Lane New Album Finally, A Party Record Out Today

Acclaimed Australian musician Davey Lane has today released his hotly anticipated fourth solo album, Finally, A Party Record., marking another bold chapter in a career defined by versatility and craftsmanship.

Out now on limited edition split yellow/red vinyl, classic black vinyl, and digital formats, the album features the infectious singles “God, I’m Fcked Up Over You”and “Over, Over & Out”. Co-produced with Rob Muinos (Julia Jacklin, Didirri, Rowena Wise, Sasquatch), the record channels the vibrant energy of late-‘70s Los Angeles, blending it with Lane’s signature emotional depth and sharp songwriting.

Best known for his virtuosic guitar work with legendary rock outfit You Am I, Lane has carved an impressive solo path, with three acclaimed albums preceding this release. His resume also boasts collaborations with music royalty including Crowded House, Todd Rundgren, Robyn Hitchcock, Jimmy Barnes, Masters’ Apprentices, and The Saints.

To celebrate the release of the album, Davey Lane and band will hit the East Coast to officially launch the record.
