PIERCE BROTHERS RELEASE NEW SINGLE ‘TAKE ME OUT’ | FROM UPCOMING EP ‘THE RECORDS WERE OURS’ | OUT MAY 19

Melbourne duo Pierce Brothers, aka multi-instrumentalist twins Jack and Pat, today releaseTake Me Out, the first single from their upcoming EP The Records Were Ours, which will be released May 19 and is available to pre-order now. The guys will be touring the East Coast of Australia to coincide with the EP’s release before performing headline shows and festivals in Europe and the UK and finishing the year off supporting Tash Sultana across the USA and Canada.

The Records Were Ours is the first in a trilogy of EPs and is the result of two years of work in the studio and at live performances.

“We’ve been wanting to write a riff based blues track for a long time,” the Pierce Brothers said,“and Take Me Out started with the riff first. We both got excited when we started it and we’re really happy with where we got it.”
